Award winning preserves and specialty cakes for all occasions.

SarahM makes a range of jams, chutneys and marmalades.

Where possible jams are made from home or locally grown fruit, combining flavours to create exciting and delicious new blends.
My Red Gooseberry Jam scooped a 2 Star rating at The Great Taste Awards 2008.

Chutneys are also, whenever possible, made from home or locally grown produce.
Fruits and vegetables are combined with a variety of spices to create award winning chutneys.
My Courgette Chutney was awarded a 2 Star Gold rating at The Great Taste Awards 2007 and went on to be listed as one of the top ten chutneys by The Independent Newspaper in August 2008.
This year, 2011, it received a 1 Star Gold  Award and its excellence was recognised by  “I Love North West Fine Foods” 2011.

Marmalades are made from quality fruit, supplied by my local greengrocer.
I only use Seville oranges in my marmalade, giving it the distinctive,  bitter, orangey taste.
This was commented on by a well-known lady chef, when she used my Seville Marmalade in a demonstration at Holker Hall.
Other ingredients are used to create different flavours, for example ginger and brandy.
Red Grapefruit and Grapefruit and Cranberry are also popular, the later particularly at Christmas Time.
